The manual supports the PeaceMed project, aimed at promoting peace as a common good and strengthening civil society actors across the wider Mediterranean region. It was developed by Rondine – Cittadella della Pace in cooperation with Caritas to provide practical tools and methodologies for training peacebuilders.
The content introduces foundational concepts of peace, conflict, relationships, and the relational approach to transforming disputes. It offers detailed guidance for trainers on designing and facilitating participatory in-person and online training sessions.
The manual includes structured activities, exercises, and examples to help participants build skills in dialogue, trust, and collaborative peace work.
